About Exceptions
RFE, otherwise known in Florida as a Request for Exception, can be done either virtually if you have been seen by Dr. Shaw at least once before or in person. Exceptions are available for qualifying conditions that are of a chronic, progressive nature. This would allow you to qualify for an amount of medical cannabis that is greater than the current state limits.
