Additionally, Pennsylvania law allows a physician to certify patients for a medical marijuana card after diagnosing them with “other medical conditions of the same class”.  So a thorough evaluation by a certified physician is necessary to determine eligibility. Schedule an appointment  with Dr. Shaw at reTHINK CANNABIS to confirm your eligibility and discuss treatment options.

What You Will Need To Do:

Patients must submit an online application to the Pennsylvania Department of Health BEFORE your virtual appointment to see the doctor.

The Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Registry requires you to set up a profile before seeing the physician for a recommendation.

Please go to: https://padohmmp.custhelp.com/

From the Patients area, select Adult Patient Registration.

Be sure that your name matches what is shown on your state issued ID.
